Ingredients:

  • 6.00 lbs Turkey
  • 0.50 cup Softened butter
  • 2.00 garlic cloves Garlic
  • 0.25 cup Fresh herbs (thyme, sage, rosemary)

Steps:

  • Combine softened butter with garlic and herbs
  • Carefully rub butter mixture under turkey skin
  • Roast at 325°F
  • Baste every 45 minutes until done

Ingredients:

  • 4.00 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes
  • 0.50 cup Butter
  • 1.00 cup Heavy cream
  • 2.00 tbsp Salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Boil potatoes until tender

  • Season with salt and pepper to taste
